Why does my Snickers candybar have a URL printed on the inside of the wrapper, yet the URL does not work? The URL is www.mobseen.com

Why does my Snickers candybar have a URL printed on the inside of the wrapper, yet the URL does not work? The URL is www.mobseen.com
I’m confused.
I do have an about page, but since this little section down here exists I should probably use it.
Basically, I love to read. I love to dance. I love to travel. I am fluent in both Spanish and English.
Also, New Orleans Dixieland Jazz music is pretty much the best music ever.
